Nice to have a loaner car, as it took 2 days to get the part in & get it installed. Zane kept the old part for me to inspect upon pick up.

I have been using Jeff's Automotive for my both of my car repairs and state inspection. I have used their website to book appointments and have found the site very easy to navigate. The staff there is very professional and informative with what needs to be done as far as repairs. The staff keep in touch with progress of repairs. Their prices are fair, and I am confident that the repairs are done correctly. There is a convenient drop off box so that you can leave your car there after hours. Their location is very convenient to where I live, and they are backed by AAA. I am very happy with the services that I have received over the years that I have worked with them, and I do recommend their shop whenever I can.

I try to send my business to locally owned establishments that have been around for awhile. Jeff's is one that I recommend. It's easy to schedule at Jeff's because I know I'll get a knowledgeable person on the phone when I call, not an AI bot telling me to press a series of numbers. They listen to my concerns and don't surprise me with unwanted service or costs. I trust the staff and the expertise that they have displayed.

As usual Jeff’s has not disappointed me!!! I called for an appointment and they fit me in 2 days later. They told me that what was wrong with my car should be done under warranty from the previous shop that did my brakes. I really didn’t want the hassle of going back to the previous shop and fighting with them to fix my brakes. So I had Jeff’s put new front brakes on my Mazda. The price was very reasonable and they got my car back to me that afternoon. From now on Jeff’s is the only place I will take our cars!
