I go to Jeff's for most of my service on my car. I have always received good service from them. I would recommend Jeff's to my friends. I have been going to Jeff's for over 10 years or more. I am a little upset with them after my last visit though. I had forgotten to give them a rewards certificate at the time of payment. The same day after I drove my car home I realized my mistake. I gave Jeff's a call to see if they would honor my reward and they said they would not be able to do so. My reward does not expire until August but I was hoping to use it that day. I did not have this problem a time before this when the same thing happened. I took the reward to them, they fixed my bill and gave me the discount but not this time. I know I should have remembered to present the discount at time of payment but I feel there could have been something that they could have done. I am a good customer and I feel I should have been able to get the discount. Other than this incident I have had no problems with their service.
