What they offer to their customers is ease in making an appointment, scheduling that appointment at the most convenient time for their customer, clearly understanding the purpose of the appointment, consulting their computer to see what is due and the past history of the vehicle, diagnosing and solving any problems - after consulting with the customer to explain their recommrndations and the costs involved - delivering the car with all the work completed,and explained, offering a " loaner" or transportation if needed, and all of this is done in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. All in a very clean atmosphere in both the waiting room and Bay Area.
