Great service, done right on time.

I arrived at Jeff's Automotive (by way, of a suggestion from a friend) about 4:30pm with a tire pressure problem. Upon examination, it was discovered that I needed a gauge re-placement. The part was unavailable and would have to be ordered .Expecting to have to leave my car at the garage, until the next day, I was sooo happy to learn that the part could be delivered and installed by 7:00pm that very same day! The mechanics were very knowledgeable, friendly and the garage was SUPER clean.

I just moved to PA last month and had just recently received my PA license and had my car registered and was in need of an expection and emissions test. I found Jeff's online with a google search and decided to go with them because the reviews that I saw were all positive and they were in a convenient location near my home and work. So I used the online appointment tool to request an appointment date and time. The response was quick and the first time I selected was available. When I arrived for my appointment and entered the building I was surprised at how nice it was inside, very well kept. I spoke with the guy sitting up front (sorry I am horrible with remembering names) but he told me all about the inspection process and about how long my wait would be as well as the services they do. I could tell he seemed very proud to be there as he explained some of the history and how he came to work there. When my car inspection was finished (right on time) another guy came to me and explained everything to me along with inspection requirements and any recommendations. I decided to have them complete the work to have my inspection pass. The wait for this was longer however, but they offered me an option to take one of their cars so that I could go to work while they worked on my car. I have them a time that I would be finished and they said they would have it done by then. Of course when I finished up at work, they were all done as they promised. Overall I had a great experience. Regardless of price I will probably continue to use them because I am one for quality and great customer service. Thank you to all the workers who assisted me that day at Jeff's automotive.

As always, customer service is fantastic. Every single interaction is professional and courteous. I have taken my car here for 10 years. Not once was I disappointed. If a service was recommended, great thought and discussion follows. A class act for a business that gets a bad rap.
