I've never been to car repair shop with so many polite and professional people. Everything is explained in great detail and I've never had a problem with any work that was done to my car.

My car was recently partially submerged in flood waters due to an unexpected large amount of rain in a poor drainage area. From start to finish, Ryan from Jeff's Automotive was by our side. Before the tow truck even got there, Ryan had started taking pictures of the area and documenting all the information needed for me to file a claim. Never having to file a claim before, his knowledge and expertise in this area was invaluable to us. Knowing we couldn't afford to be without our car, the team at Jeff's Automotive quickly started the work needed to have my car up and running by the end of that day. All the documentation, including pictures of the work being done, was faxed to my insurance agency in less than 24 hours expediting the claim process. Ryan and the team at Jeff's Automotive made a bad situation a lot easier. Thanks guys!

I am confident that vehicles are in great shape. My son will soon move out of state with one vehicle. Jeff's went above and beyond to be sure everything was right. Excellent customer service! They performed the work exactly as needed with no problem. The mechanic who worked on my SUV was very knowledgeable. Although he was busy, he kindly took the time to answer some questions that I had. I would absolutely recommended them to anyone!

Very honest people. Dave did a great job. I will continue to use. I asked for an alignment and where the dealership would have added a bunch of other service on to what I asked for, Dave had the decency to let me know i really didn't need to alignment. This saved me money. Very refreshing to find an honest mechanic. Great service whenever I go in there.
