During a routine oil change they found that the parking brake cable was broken. They were able to fix this safety issue that day! This being my son's car, I was happy that the issue was found and fixed.
I had a particular personal situation and needed to get my car inspected. Even though I called the same say and they were all booked up, they fit me in and did my inspection. They are a caring and very professional company. Thank you
