During this last visit they went far and above the time they charged me for to get the right diagnosis and they involved me in the process at every step. Would never hesitate to go to these folks. sJeff's Automotive from the Service agent to the Mechanic located the problem in my front brakes and repaired the problem and riding home I had to put on the brakes and it stopped fast but nice and easy. My repair was great and I will continue bring my SAAB for service and now my wife will have her car serviced. Also when I dropped my car Jeff's for repair I was and I was a ride to my home and when the repair i was picked up and a ride to pick up my car. Jeff's team is great
