It is always easy to write a great review when everything goes well and as expected. However, life does not always go as we planned and sometimes life throws us a curve. Last Saturday I had a routine oil change and maintenance on my 2006 Escape. When I drove a couple of miles home, I realized when I parked in the driveway there was an odor of burnt rubber. I checked the oil which was OK and called Jeff's explaining the situation. Immediately someone was sent to my house to assess the problem which turned out to be a defective oil filter. The repair person explained that he would return to the garage, return with supplies to safely take my car back to the garage for a new filter and oil and also left me a loaner car. My car was returned in about 2hrs and everything was fine and my next oil change is free. I call this outstanding service for listening to me and taking my concerns seriously with quick response and appropriate action. ( sorry I don't remember everyone's names). Thank you again, Deborah K.
