I recently had my car repaired at Jeff's and was very impressed by the staff. I had never been there before and Brett and the rest of the guys treated me with respect and didn't try to "price gouge" me like others places I have been to have tried to do. I will definitely be coming back for regular service and will be recommending that others try them as well.

Jeff's Automotive is the answer to the chain store, dealership, mega box store mentality. The service is personal and quality of work is exceptional. My car is notorious for electrical issues. It broke down in front of Jeff's (Divine Intervention) and they took the time to test parts and diagnose the problem not just throw in new parts and hope it worked like the dealership did in the past. They took extra time to fix only what needed to be replaced and did it at a FAIR PRICE.

Before purchasing a pre-owned car, our first stop is always at Jeff's. Their complete, comprehensive analysis of the car is an invaluable assist to the potential purchaser. Jeff's expert crew will look over every inch of the car, using the most modern electronic equipment, to give you a complete report on every aspect of the automobile. It's a fair, objective report giving the prospective buyer the information he needs to make an intelligent decision. In the important step of making a major purchase, it's the biggest bargain in the wold, to ratify your decision, or to save you big bucks down the road. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Jeff's is a classy shop. They take care of my car as I would. Today a repair was recommended as a solution and when I called back to discuss it, the owner actually sorta talked me out of it knowing that money is really tight. We developed a plan for diagnosing the problem my car has (sporadically) and he discounted the diagnostics fee. I will always come back to this shop because they fixed things other shops ruined, they actually scrape your inspection sticker clean before installing a new one (which, by the way, will be installed level and neat... OCD style) and their prices are not ridiculous. Thanks for taking care of me and my family, Jeff! Bill
