I had an appt. for early in the morning, but since I was going to stay with my car, a rep. from Jeff's phoned me the previous day and explained that it would require much less waiting room time if could bring the car in a little later. I did and the staff made it a priority to get me in, out and satisfied. A rep. kept me abreast of the progress on my car and sat down to explain what they had done and any recommendations they had for my car. I certainly left with the knowledge that my car was fixed correctly and my business was important to Jeff's and every staff member I came in contact with. Over time, I have come to learn that this kind of performance is the standard at Jeff's.
