Found a nail in one of my tires. Called the shop. Said to come right over. Took me right away. Was out of there with the tire fixed in less than an hour in spite of the fact that the bays were jammed. Superb as usual.

Found staff to be helpfully, efficient, very reasonable, & timely. Couldn't ask for a nicer experience.

Inspection and emissions. Everything handled on time, communicated by the staff, and completed professionally, as always.

Usually experiencing a flat tire isn't a pleasant experience, but I happen to be nearby Jeff's Automotive at the time and took it in. The service was courteous and I got my car back within an hour. I have been back for other auto maintenance services and the customer service has been consistently friendly and prompt. The front office and the premises are always kept clean and orderly which I appreciate. Their online scheduler and reminders are a great convenience. And most importantly, I have been very satisfied with how my car has been serviced and maintained! I wish everyone and their family at Jeff's Happy Holidays and much success and prosperity in the New Year!

In this day and age, it is rare to find this level of customers service. Jeff's truly is a community shop. They strive to help their customers because they care. Having unexpected car trouble really threw a wrench in my appointment filled day. When I showed up to Jeff's with my two kids in my car with an unsafe tire, I was quickly taken care of. At any other shop I would have been asked to bring it back another day. Thank you for all of your help Brett!
