Once again, Jeff's met and exceeded my expectations. They changed the oil, got a new mirror ordered, pointed out the problems with my tires, gave me "fair warning" about the next level of maintenance my car will need, and sent me on my way. The staff is gracious, friendly, and welcoming. Going to Jeff's is a very positive experience, both for me and for my car!

Very professional and business-like visit. Same courteous and customer-friendly service. Oil change, lube and filters changed. Every aspect of the car is thoroughly inspected, with recommendations made for future visits. Everything clearly communicated and explained. Personal service is provided by Jeff, Brett, Ryan, George and the entire crew .

I had an appt. for early in the morning, but since I was going to stay with my car, a rep. from Jeff's phoned me the previous day and explained that it would require much less waiting room time if could bring the car in a little later. I did and the staff made it a priority to get me in, out and satisfied. A rep. kept me abreast of the progress on my car and sat down to explain what they had done and any recommendations they had for my car. I certainly left with the knowledge that my car was fixed correctly and my business was important to Jeff's and every staff member I came in contact with. Over time, I have come to learn that this kind of performance is the standard at Jeff's.

Excellent and timely service with a knowledgeable and nice staff. They handle everything with a smile and a thank you. The only service we use for our cars.
