When I last stopped in it was late in the day and Brett kindly took a few minutes to answer my questions,schedule my appt.,and even stepped outside to hear the mystery noise which my car of course didn't replicate in the shop :-) So after picking up my bucket of bolts and driving home much to my surprise the noise was gone (for good I hope).. how'd you do that??? thanks guys your talents are always appreciated! It was a BUSY Saturday...they got me in (late, due to my schedule) and when I was afraid I could not make it back to pick the car up... Brett told me that he'd leave the key and I could come pay the following week. Very good guys. It's been a LONG time since I've used Jeff's but now that I'm back in the area I will continue to do so. OH, they also mailedme $10 worth of coupons and so it's cheaper there than anywhere else(!). Score.

I have been taking my car to Jeff's for over 20 years mabe even 30. I have never had a problem. The people at Jeff's are honest, trustworthy and dependable. When I take my automobile to Jeffs I know that everything will be done right.

My car's electronic instrument panel, on the dashboard, started to behave radically with either erroneous or no information being displayed. Although the car appeared to drive well, having no display, or inaccurate display, left me feeling weary of driving the car (couldn't tell what gear I was in, how fast I was going, how much gasoline was left,etc.). I knew this was not going to be a 1,2,3 repair. I was driven home by an emplyee at time of drop off, I was given a loaner car the next day, I was kept aware of the progress of the repair, and all my questions were answered in detail upon pick-up. Everyone that I have dealt with at Jeff's Auto has been extremely courteous and helpful. Thanks Brett for your help, and please thank everyone else who helped minimize my frustrations and concerns.
