I had a long list of items I wanted to have taken care as part of a restoration of my 4 Runner. I had specific requests to use factory parts on certain items, and specific instructions for certain work. Brett worked with me in advance to ensure the right parts were ordered (including some specific requests I had for tires, for example), and that the work was scheduled and completed as planned.
