Definitely happy with the service I received! I'd been having an issue for literally over two months and couldn't convince anyone to look at it because my check engine light is on. The techs at Jeff's actually listened and looked at the engine and found a problem I had been told repeatedly by other mechanics was not something that should even be considered. I really appreciate the straight-forwardness of the staff, who called me to advise of what was immediately necessary, what could feasibly wait, and what my options were. I also don't feel like I was being talked down to, which is very important to me as a woman, since so many mechanics tend to treat women like they have a maximum of three braincells. All of my repairs were finished within a day, and it was all very transparent, from what the main problem was to how much the repairs would cost. Best of all, my car is running like a dream now!
