Jeff's is wonderful! They take very good care of your vehicles and customers. Prices are competitive and they are a local family owned business which I prefer because they get to know you and your vehicle. They people that work there are wonderful! I highly recommend Jeff's before going to a dealership.

Staff is always polite and efficient. Waiting room is pleasant with exceptionally clean rest rooms. I personally make my appointments in advance and have always been accomadated as expected. I would highly recommended these processionals.

Brett made accommodations to complete a significant amount of work that arose as a result of a morning inspection. He and Jim, the technician, were able to complete the work on my car that very same day. Getting the car done the same day and not having it spill into the next day was a tremendous help.

Jeff's saved us significant $$ after the auto dealership from where the car was purchased and serviced (to maintain records of service) steered us wrong. The dealership quoted almost $6K for parts and labor just to pass inspection, wherein, we decided to have Jeff's look at the car, only to find out that the car passed inspection (at cost) without doing any repairs. Jeff's service department inspected every item listed in the dealer's service report (and more) and found some minor maintenance items that they suggested be addressed and informed us that all other aspects of the car were sound (this car is rarely driven). We authorized the work and feel glad that we did, as these minor maintenances (including spark plugs and tune-up) really improved performance and saved us about $5500. We believe the dealer was trying to get us to trade in a 'great' car', but instead, we found a 'great' service center to help us keep and use our vehicles with confidence that they are safe and reliable.
