I simply needed an inspection on my 2019 CRV and am fairly new to the area so I selected a business that was convenient(plus they had advertised with a coupon). The people there were friendly, welcoming and very polite. In particular, the fellow I dealt with the most on the phone and when I brought my car in was Brett. He was very personable and accommodating and had me out in a very reasonable amount of time. I would not hesitate to visit there again.

Brett has demonstrated a customer-comes-first approach to resolving an issue I have had with a tire purchase. This issue wasn't the fault of Jeff's Automotive, yet Brett has proactively taken action to resolve. I appreciate this kind of service.
