AWESOME!! I first contacted Jeff's via email from Florida last summer, due to my 90 y/o Mom's 19 y/o Grand Marquis's A/C not working. It was a very problematic situation as she did not want to have to not have her car for any length of time. Living 1400 miles away did not help either, and poor communication complicated things (not from Jeff's, from my Mom). It ended up never getting fixed last year, but this year, I was DETERMINED she was not going to be driving around, at age 91, in the heat of summer with no A/C. So I called Jeff's and spoke with Brett, who'd answered my email the previous summer and was more than willing to do whatever it would take to make this work. He remembered our conversation, and we arranged that I would bring the car in, and they would do a diagnostic, and if they couldn't repair it that day, we would take it home and wait for parts to be ordered and then bring it back. I was on pins and needles, literally praying that whatever was wrong could be fixed before I had to return to Florida. Brett called me after only a few hours and said that after testing everything, and finding nothing they could pinpoint as the cause, they decided to reboot the computer, and VOILA! Freezing cold A/C!! He did notate everything and advised that he couldn't guarantee this fix would hold, especially due to the age of the car (now 20), as well as that if it went out again, we'd most likely be looking at a major dash tearout and about $2K. I about fell over when he gave me the total (including new wiper blades) was $211!! To top it off, the owner of the company drove over to my Mom's house to pick me up and take me back to get the car. They said in the future, if she needed anything done, to just call them, make an appointment, and they would COME to her house to get the car, and then bring it back to her when they were finished. I can't even begin to express what a relief this was to both myself and my Mom. Not only is the car working again (she said she almost froze today when she went to the Dr and got caught in the rain LOL), but just knowing that there is a professional, experienced, and compassionate auto service company right around the corner from her who is now familiar with the car is PRICELESS!! I can't thank them enough, but I can tell you, if you need a dependable, quality auto repair shop, who will really go the extra mile, you need look no further than Jeff's Automotive.
