This automotive shop saved our lives or at the very minimum, saved a very important weekend for us. We had spent Thursday night in Bethlehem, PA and the next morning we were traveling to Montauk, New York for a wedding on Saturday. However, we needed to be there on Friday for various activities. After we left our hotel, we had been traveling for about 10 minutes when the warning light came on indicating one of our tires was low on air. We took the next exit and we were looking for a gas station. We stopped and asked a gentleman where a gas station would be and where we could get a tire checked and potentially fixed. This good Samaritan said follow me and took us several miles before we got to Jeff's Automotive Service. From the second we pulled into the parking lot, our anxiety started to diminish. They found a screw in a front tire and indicated that it had to be repaired. They dropped everything to fix our tire so that we could get on the road. We were impressed with the attitudes of everyone and they took customer service to a new level of excellence. They got us on the road quickly with smiles on their faces. The cost for the repair was minimal and the overall experience was outstanding. If we could give this shop a 6 or higher rating, we would and they deserve it. I go to Jeff's for most of my service on my car. I have always received good service from them. I would recommend Jeff's to my friends. I have been going to Jeff's for over 10 years or more. I am a little upset with them after my last visit though. I had forgotten to give them a rewards certificate at the time of payment. The same day after I drove my car home I realized my mistake. I gave Jeff's a call to see if they would honor my reward and they said they would not be able to do so. My reward does not expire until August but I was hoping to use it that day. I did not have this problem a time before this when the same thing happened. I took the reward to them, they fixed my bill and gave me the discount but not this time. I know I should have remembered to present the discount at time of payment but I feel there could have been something that they could have done. I am a good customer and I feel I should have been able to get the discount. Other than this incident I have had no problems with their service. I went with Jeff's over the gm dealer because, even though the dealer was cheaper, Jeff's tripled the warranty of the dealer. They are expensive but the quality of the work justifies it.
